There is a circular driveway which leads to a large parking area around the back of the house. Once you have parked your car, look for the black door with my name on the side. when you come in through the door you will see a waiting room (which I share with my wife).
Make yourself comfortable and feel free to have a drink of water or herbal tea. I prefer that you don't drink regular coffee or tea right before your treatment as it may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.
This will be an excellent time to fill out the intake form if you have not done that yet. For you convenience, my intake form is available for download on the 'policies and forms' tab. If possible please download, fill out, and return to me by fax (914) 962-0468 or email ([email protected]) prior to your appointment.
